Reconnect is such a wonderful place. From the second you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and a hug making you feel welcomed and comfortable. Every time coming in for a session, I end up leaving refreshed and rejuvenated, washing away the stress of my workday. Lauren, Shannon, Melissa and Den have an amazing way of making Reconnect a positive and peaceful environment, making you want to come back again for your next session right away! I can’t forget the breathwork classes, every class has a different impact! I didn’t know what to expect going into it at first but now I can’t seem to go without! The staff here are amazing. They are welcoming, supportive, and care about their customers. I was a bit skeptical of the modalities (I'm a bit of a cynic in general) but I decided to go because I'm recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery, getting more active, and struggling a little bit with the transition from rehab to return to sport. When I started I was still working through a pretty substantial amount of scar tissue, limited range of motion, and fighting recovery time from workouts so I decided to go way outside of my comfort zone and introduce cold plunges. I considered the other modalities to be icing on the cake, not necessarily expecting huge results. I'm happy to report that in the few weeks I've been going there, I've actually seen incredible results. After months of struggling with flexion in my knee, I'm rounding the corner of full flexion. I attribute that not just to the ice baths but actually to the rest of the modalities as well. I also noticed that the red light therapy is excellent for my skin. I've had no breakouts since starting there, which is the first time in my life that has happened. The compression therapy is very relaxing but I also think it is really good for recovery. The infrared sauna is also great and I know it is part of the success with flexion. The cold plunges started as the toughest part of my visit but by my second visit, it became my favorite part. The mental and physical healing that the cold plunge provides is unreal and actually kind of hard to describe for this review. Try it! In addition to the physical benefits, I found that the mental benefits of having a place and time that I can attend to meditate on a very regular basis is really great for my mental health. If you're reading this review and you're a little intimidated like I was, don't be. It's not just that you have access to all of these modalities when you attend your session, you have a access to support from people who really care about your success.

Reconnect is the best! The breathwork class with Jerame is next level incredible. Highly recommend you try this place out and attend a breathwork class!

After meeting Jerame (the owner) at an island retreat last week and learning about how he heals people I had to go check out Reconnect for myself. His facility had island vibes which was perfect because I definitely miss the place where we ultimately met. My wife and I did Jerame's breath work class and it was absolutely amazing! We are actually going back next wednesday and I'm excited to introduce some friends to the awesome work he does as well! And one day I'll have the courage to jump in the ice bath!

Since finding Reconnect I’ve developed such a love for Breathwork and guided meditation classes. This supportive environment has helped improved my mental clarity, reduced stress, and taught me how to create a powerful sense of relief. I highly recommend Reconnect Mind Body!

Special thanks to all the staff at Reconnect. I wandered into this amazing experience randomly and I’ve noticed great changes in my physical and mental health. As a self employed blue collar worker I’ve generated a behavior of abusing my body and mind to achieve my financial goals. The staff at reconnect has helped me balance the strong work ethic and learn to make recovery a priority. I can’t find the words to express how great I feel after my sessions. Highly recommend stopping by and trying a couple sessions or even breathwork. I’m not big on reviews but they deserve the 5 stars. Huge thank you to the team at reconnect. First timer for my hubby and I and we have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience. We are both fairly new to the multiple recovery practices performed here at ReConnect. The name of the business truly speaks for itself. Adding in a slight spiritual but also comfortable experience. Lauren guided me through my breath work when entering the cold plunge and I am so grateful for her gracious and calming presence. She really helped create the experience to be as memorable as it was. Highly recommend!!

WOW! What an amazing place to be a member of. The cold plunge, compression, red light and sauna are simply amazing but it’s the coaches that make it complete. Jeremy and the entire team truly care about every single person that walks through the front door. Just give them 10 minutes and you’ll be hooked.
